The management of after-sales service is coordinated by CADEL Ltd. This procedure allows to improve CADEL technical assistance service, monitor the problems solving time (within 5 days of the request), create a historical database on the most frequent problems. To obtain technical assistance (for installation, maintenance, support) you can:
– Call the Technical Assistance Service
In case of problem with the product please contact your dealer. If your problem has not been solved, our technical staff will be available online to solve any problems detected by the user. In case the problem cannot be solved by telephone, you will be asked to contact you nearest technical assistance service.
The report must be send by the dealer or directly by the user via fax or e-mail. Our operators are at your disposal for any information from Monday to Friday, from 08.30 AM to 5.30 PM.
